This youth‑led report explores neurodivergent young people’s experiences in Surrey, highlighting long diagnostic waits, poor school support, masking, mental‑health struggles, and barriers to attendance. It includes perspectives from teachers, parents and police, and offers recommendations to improve understanding, communication, adjustments, and services for neurodivergent young people.
