Phelim Brady MBE

Economics of Health and Social Care Theme Public Advisor

Phelim Brady MBE

Phelim worked as a lecturer and manager in further and higher education and was for a time the Chief Examiner for GCE sociology.  He has been a governor of Frimley Park Hospital, Board Member for Guildford and Waverley Clincal Care Group (CCG) and a Co-Applicant on the ‘GP Teams’ project led by Surrey University. He now reviews research applications for the National Institite for Health and Care Research (NIHR).

Phelim was appointed MBE for services to education in 2013.  He is a graduate of Leicester University (BA), London South Bank University (MSc) and is a qualified teacher.
